Tamika M. Fields has over two decades of public administration, leadership and social service experience. She is skilled in public speaking, training development and facilitation, administration coaching, project management, post-award contract and grant management and nonprofit management and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health care management from Florida A&M University, a Certified Public Manager designation from Florida State University's Florida Center for Public Management and a master's degree in nonprofit management from the University of Central Florida. Tamika has served in roles such as Supervisor of Contract Training, Director of Contract Administration, and Chief Operating Officer.
